DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Our aim is to send out your complete order in just one consignment. With in stock items dispatched the same day providing orders are received prior to 1300. Consequently dispatch may be delayed for 2 to 3 days to allow us to source any back ordered items. UK deliveries should be received within 2 working days, European deliveries within 5 working days and within 7 working days to the rest of the world. Whilst we do our utmost to keep to promised delivery dates, these must be treated as estimates only. We cannot guarantee same day dispatch but goods will be dispatched at the earliest opportunity. “Engine Room Marine Parts”, accepts no responsibility for loss or damage resulting from delay in delivery of goods.
BACK ORDERS Our aim is to send out your complete order in just one consignment. Consequently we attempt to source any non-stock items within 2-3 working days and then dispatch your order. If we cannot source all of your order within this time we will email you for instructions. For example; you may instruct us to send what we have and cancel or back order the remainder, hold all goods until the order is complete, or even cancel the complete order.
TAX CHARGES
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero . Non UK Customers – Please note our prices do not include any local import taxes or customs duties. Charges levied on import are payable solely by you and we strongly suggest that you ascertain what charges are liable prior to you ordering goods.
GUARANTEE. All goods are supplied with a minimum 12 months warranty (unless otherwise stated) to cover faulty goods. This is a parts only warranty and does not cover labour or shipping charges. We will replace goods or credit the purchaser with the value of any defective goods supplied by “Engine Room Marine Parts”. “Engine Room Marine Parts”, will only do this if it is satisfied such defects arose solely through faulty material or workmanship in manufacture, and such goods are returned immediately upon discovery of the defect.
